Planning & Design
To create your ideal garden, we translate your ideas and requirements onto paper and design a Master Plan that is made to scale. Our founder, Mervyn Salt, always says, "You don't shoot movies without a script!" The same concept applies to landscaping. A master plan is the "script" from which we install your landscape. Without it, you encounter unbudgeted expenses, last minute hasty decisions, lost time and stress!

Landscape Construction
Working from your master plan, we organize the entire landscape project and coordinate the different installation activities. We take care of the removal of unwanted vegetation and landscaping and complete the rotary tilling, grading, irrigation, lighting, planting and turf grass. We will employ licensed subcontractors to install decks, fences, concrete and masonry as detailed on your master plan.

Custom Planting
We develop a plant list, provide an accurate cost quotation and complete the proposed ideas with screening unsightly fences, adjacent homes, and power lines. We will help you select appropriate plants and install everything including compost, fertilizers and mulching.

Irrigation & Lawns
We replace your outdated irrigation equipment with an automated, state of the art irrigation system consisting of new main lines, valves, heads and timeclock. For your new lawn, we feature Pacific Sod's dwarf fescue Medallion lawn with Bonsai. This is a durable, drought tolerant lawn containing 95% fescue and 5% bluegrass. Irrigation and Lawns have a 1-year warranty with Mervyn Salt Landscapes.

Lighting
Landscape lighting can help create an atmosphere of relaxation, security or festivity in your garden. We feature low voltage lighting systems by Kichler Lighting. These lights are well made, attractive and long lasting and will add value to your home.
